Marc's Custom Fences LaborWarranty

This warranty is for 3 years. The warranty covers the structural integrity of installed components.

The following exclusions apply:

• Wood fencing is not warranted against warping, cracking, splitting, checking, shrinkage or any other conditions inherent to a natural product.
• The manufacture warrants Chain link fencing products.
• Vinyl fencing products are warranted by Kroy building Products,Visit kroybp.com for warranty and products details.
• Ameristar warrants ornamental Iron & Aluminum. Visit ameristarfence.com for specific warranties.
• Gates are warranted for a 3 full years from the date of installation against manufacture or installation defects during normal use.

Note: Warranty does not apply for acts of God, product abuse and misuse.
Unless covered by manufacture warranty, all painted aluminum or steel parts
(including reinforced gate frames) are considered maintenance items.
Marcs Custom Fences does not cover paint chipping or peeling on these items. Alteration by anyone other than Marcs Custom Fences will void labor warranty.
